Mr. Madison was worked up about this issue today.  This is a wacko, very small minority tactic.  It has no chance of prevailing.  It is actually good that the court will review it tomorrow, as they will dismiss it and put the wackos out of business, and we will never discuss the issue again.  Listen with the 3rd ear.
