In a ruling, Superior Court Judge Mary C. Jackson in Trenton NJ said Ms. Kelly's right to protect herself against self-incrimination and her right against unreasonable search and seizure violated her right of the 4th amendment, and the 5th amendment. The facts, not *opinion: Rep. Cummings said to Rep. Darrell Issa the use of a legal term called a 'proffer' (Mar. 6, 2014-to offer evidence in a trial) as we all know, Rep. Cummings was disrespected by Rep. Issa. He didn't want to hear from that 'black man' and he eluded that he thought Cummings was having a "hissy-fit" immediately after his confrontation on FOX. On Mar. 26, 2014 a vote was taking for House Speaker Boehner to sanction or fire Issa. To be correct, it was an *opinion, and Boehner rejected either of the two. But now we have the fact, against IRS Lois Lerner, the fact, if Rep. Cummings legal cause of 'proffer' had been followed by Issa we'd further along then now. All she wanted was a delay of 5 days. $14 thousand dollars, that is charged to the American people, we think, is much too much money to spend on a wild-goose chase (To pursue in order to catch or overtake) By and large Issa will continue to pursue Lois Lerner, and we will pay the $cash price through our taxes. Boehner is a coward. And Issa is proven in fact, to be an incompetent republican!
