...The number 3 man house speaker Boehner and the number 4 man McCarthy addressed the issue of the 2009 early January at 8:00 pm,  when about 17 other republican's met at a steak house in Washington D.C. At the across time the Inauguration Dinner of the President-Elect, at 8:00 pm, a planned sabotage of blueprints with one goal as expressed by McCarthy, basiclly, to impeach the president-elect. (Possibly, velleity of whether McCarthy violated some law) Boehner did not attend the steak house dinner. McCarthy pretty much said almost 7 years ago the plans of the GOP-make it difficult for the president! McCarthy said to the GOP, "vote No!..." Show..."unyielding opposition"...to the president. Also in attendance to the steak house dinner was Rep. Pete Sessions, later in March of 2009 said to the National Journal: "Republicans should follow the model of the 'Taliban' in it's Legislative Battles". It is McCarthy's saying, pointed out at the steak house dinner, when he said: "We've gotta to challenge (democrats) them on every single bill...piece of Legislation brought to the floor". The facts haven't changed about McCarthy. He's hateful! But as to Boehner, do you think that he thought about impeachment or a law suite in 2009?  Boehner, vs Supreme Court (with John Roberts) could be in question (they may be on opposite sides)...
