[If the driver of the Van housing the cuffed, and allegedly shackled Victim, Mr. Gray, did the Van driver have within the Law, refused to move the Van until all are secured with seat belt restraint's. It could be the Van driver could be charged 'Involuntary Manslaughter'] When the DOJ comes a knocking at the Van driver's door, I think council could suggest he FLIP, or turns state evidence against the 5 others who were in the Van.
