...The driver of the Van, holds the key: Was the officer who drove the Van, wearing the driver's Seat belt? Seat belt use is Mandatory in 50 states: Section 30.0178, and for children 307.179 under Seat belt Law...Section 1229, Safety Seat & Safety belts...GS_20-135.2A, Seat bell Use, Mandatory...VC Section 27315, Mandatory Seat belt Law. [If the driver of the Van housing the cuffed, and allegedly shackled Victim, Mr. Gray, did the Van driver have within the Law, refused to move the Van until all are secured with seat belt restraint's. That didn't happen! It could be the Van driver could be charged 'Involuntary Manslaughter'] When the DOJ comes a knocking at the Van driver's door, I think council could suggest he FLIP, or turns state evidence against the 5 others who were in the Van. He should FLIP, before it comes to the mind of any of the 5 other officers...
