I don't believe that Obama will be president. This country is Hyper-Racist. If by chance he did become president and was assassinated. I don't believe that Blackpeople would riot. The very fact that he was elected would quell that inner rage that might be within some. I think that the O.P. misses this point to the degree that it exposes a blind spot in his logic that seems massive from my point of view. However; If he was assassinated and the assassin was captured and then freed. That might cause a problem, but I'm not sure for whom. If the kind of sectorean problems were to occur here in the United States that you point out, the whole of the world would be in serious trouble and the United States would be made very vulnerable to take over by her enemies. Blacks would leave the armed forces by the Millions as well as some Latinoes. Whites only can no longer defend this nation. This is why what you suggest won't happen. Already things are too bad in race relations. The country has to change or more people black & white will lose everything. Millions already have lost their homes due to foreclosures and thousands more in the mid-west have lost their homes due to flooding. Many of these people before this complained about people thinking that they need government help, now they need government help; this point hasn't been missed on them.
Thank you for replying to my post. I in fact did hear one well known black media personality say," if Obama is assisinated, all hell will break loose." I also heard another say, " this country will never be the same." I have heard many individuals make very simular comments. In the original post I stated that I hoped we will pass this point without incident, though any loss of life, or chaos is a reality that still may or maynot occur. Again the purpose of the original post was to encourage blacks to be prepared in the event something were to occur, not to be caught off guard and expect a non-typical response given the new terrorist laws and the erosion of the constitution. From my view point this is good sound logic. Also you tend to use the word " millions" loosely. Blacks in the U.S. Armed Forces do not number in the millions. In fact a census taken five years ago showed 1.5 million troops total of all branches including reserves. That also includes every race of people. Also as of April of 2008 nationwide a total of 650,000 homes had some type of forclosure fileing. However not all of those homes were foreclosed on. I very much agree with you, this country is in need of change. History has shown that some of the greatest changes did not come without a heavy price and sacrifice. Thanks again. Please keep posting.

If blacks respond with the same actions as the L.A. riots you can just guarantee an "Open Season" on blacks. The 12.5% blacks should be carefull not to give the 74% whites a reason to take up arms and send blacks back to 1960's standards.
I agree with you. There is that potential for an "open season" in some form or another. The main purpose of my original post was to highlight that potential, and encourage blacks to do some studying on survival and tactics. Make a safe stash of neccessities and important goods and have a plan to insure the safety of themselves and their family. I don't think any other nation or race of people would help us. We must be prepared to help ourselves, or submit to the unimaginable.

I have heard that if something happens to Mr. Obama that all hell will break loose. Again I must mention Marshall law, torture and what can be defined as terrorism in the times we now live in. If ALL HELL must break loose, then BE PREPARED for it! If fuel and food prices continue to rise, how much can you stockpile at the last minute? Because the majority of blacks are in urban areas, how would you combat a potential "round-up"? We don't own phone companies or t.v. stations, how are you going to communicate with your families and other soldiers of the struggle around the nation? Do you know how to stop the bleeding and dress the wound? Do you know how many calories per day you need to survive on? Do you know how not to be seen by night vision and thermal imaging? Do you understand the types of weapons and tactics that may be used against you? Do you know how keep your position, family and resources out of the sight of satilites and helicoptors? Do you know how to use your resources and your surroundings to your advantage? Do you have an offensive and defensive plan to protect your family and win the battle? I could go on. Yes this sounds radical, but our nation is at a tipping point right now. You've got a nasty presidential race taking place, the wealthy waging war on the middle class. The news media hijacked by conservitives. Congress hijacked by corporate elitist. Virginians and other decendents of slave owners fearing they'll have to pick cotton and shine shoes under eight years of Obama. Cheny and Bush scheming to be dictators of a one world goverment. Bill and Hillary foaming at the mouth pulling every unimaginable card they can from their sleeves. Then theres Obama threatening to unite the country and the world, running around with a red laser dot on his forehead. I'm saying PREPARE YOURSELVES!. We are at a volitale time and all that is needed is a spark. It is my hope that we will pass this period of time in our nation without incident, and with that said we must ask ourselves, if neccessary are we prepared to take down a giant? Because If ALL HELL must break loose, I don't think putting a bright white t-shirt on and lighting up a newport before running out in the street to holler and set stuff on fire before trying to run home with a plasma tv will be tolerated anymore.
