Joe wouldn't dare reply under his own name because unlike his narrow program, the questions and facts posted here can't be cut off, hung up on, or talked over. There is no where to hide.  Joe is real tough and smart when he has control of the discussion and the kill switch in hand.

How can anyone say you cannot be discriminatory in highering practices against blacks for being black and then support a policy that suppresses white achievement?  In this case it is clear that the only reason they chose to throw out the test was because only one minority in 20 had good enough test scores for promotion, and that one minority was Latino.

I'll be honest, I am white but if I was black I would be very upset with those people who advocate that black people are not as intelligent as other races.  Because behind all of the hoopla that is the consensus behind all of this.  Most of these people feel that blacks could never compete against whites when it comes to test scores.  It even said in the article that blacks don't perform as well as whites. 

Well I firmly believe that we are all created by the one true God of all and that is Jesus Christ.  Jesus made all of us and shows no favor to any.  I believe because of that that all men have the same innate ability for success.  It is clear then that those people who passed the examination simply studied harder and put more work in. 

Imagine that, penalizing someone for working hard?  America is going down folks....FAST!
