I listen to you daily, but am unable to call your show. I am sure that you are aware that the Supreme Court is in the process of making a VERY important decision. They will be deciding if a corporation can be considered a "person". If this passes in favor of big business, which I think it will, this health care debate will only be the beginning. I have not heard a single person in the so-called mainstream media report on this decision. This is no accident, large companies own all of the media. The people are being played.
Large companies will be able to reach deeper into their pockets and we all know that there will be takers. What we need is campaign finance reform and perhaps term limits. If the president can only serve for 8 years, why should representatives and senators be allowed to served for multiple terms? I say take the money out of it. Think about it, a representative only serves for two years, this means in order to ensure reelection, they have to start raising money almost immediately. The become fund raisers as opposed to representing the PEOPLE.
