Is it a coincidence that Haiti finally gets a major earthquake not too long after all it's debts were forgiven?  In order for Haiti to rebuild it's infrastructure and recover from the damage, a lot of money will need to be borrowed from these same and other countries.  Which means new debt for Haiti.
