In 2004, the MassachusettsState legislative body controlled by the Democratic Party changed the rules to prevent Governor Romney from appointing a republican in the event Kerry defeats Bush.In 2009, the MassachusettsState legislative body controlled by the Democratic Party changed the rules again to allow the Democrat governor to appoint a democrat to replace Ted Kennedy.By so doing, the previously required special election is delayed.Heres the irony.By playing the political game, democrats postponed the election and allowed support to build for Scott Brown ultimately allowing for his victory!Justice is served!
