If either defense counsel attempts to 'take-you-out-your-game, by smiling at you and going through some sort of 'pleasantries' with you, hold-your-peace. Consider asking the judge for either defense counsel, just to "stop smiling" at you!. Say, it was, to you, very 'disrespectful', and 'disconcerting', because where "here in court due to my 'brother's'  death through what I believe was a cold-act of 'vigilantism'." (I think the allowance of 'latitude' by the court could be granted. Mr. Futon seems to have great a 'suffocation' for one so young)
