GZ was in use of police lingo far before his killing of his victim back in late February 2012. The "suspect" term is a call sign. But what if GZ went beyond labeling, and attempted to "Third-Party" the suspect to hold him for police? Let's say the victim struck GZ where he allegedly say he was struck. There is evidence GZ wanted to be a police office. (bare with me) The fight may have happened if GZ had thrust out his left hand in an attempt to wrap his left hand around the victim's outer right clothing. GZ may have wanted to throw the victim down to the ground.   (1. Suspect to the ground.-2. Police on top of the suspect.-3. Hand-cuffs, onto the suspect.)   But the victim was too strong. Although the victim was 21 days into his 17 birthday, he was a 6 foot 200 pound kid. Ask your self, what kid would take a direct route home? All kids take short-cuts. You did it when you were young. It was raining and dark, and he was followed, and he saw the creep who was following. If you remember GZ of the night, he had a beard and he looked like a serious ADULT. The victim didn't hit GZ. He was trying to get away from him. I thing GZ grabbed on to the victim, he brought away, GZ went after the victim. Plus, I don't thing the gun was in the holster: it was in GZ right-upper pocket. The fell to the ground, the gun fell out his pocket, GZ was scrambling to get the gan back into his control, and the gun went off. (Now, has anyone seen take in the movies? In real life, also, some incompetent would allow himself to be caught up in a godly mess like this is. GUILTY.
