...{No} concurrent resolution (adopted...does not have the force of law...or signature of the chief executive) that New York Mayor Bloomberg can violate the law of our amendments because he say so!) The 'hitchman' in all this is, Comm. Kelly, characterized as 'unctuous': an insincere earnestness, kowtowing/mealy-mouthed to the exaggerations of the mayor. I call on the City of New York on *reputation of the mayor 'stop & frisk' policy, and the defend both the judges ruling, and to stand up for our amendments under our United States Constitution. Here-to-for, does the name "Bull Connors furious " mean anything to New York Finest?...
