Obama has broken the law by changing it. He has decided by decree that everyone does not have to follow the law. He has suspended the mandate for large business to participate, he has exempted himself and staff, he has exempted Congress and staff he has exempted Unions. (giving Congress over $7000 to help defray costs). What law ever exempted groups from obeying the law? Obama is corrupt.
